If  you want to have a meat-less Monday Tuna salad sandwich just substitute a can of great northern beans for the tuna!  Drain and rough cut the beans and add ingredients like you would if you were making tuna salad. (ie: mayo,chopped onions,relish). We mix ours a little more on the wet side. It’s great on toasted bread or a pita!! Try it….you may just like it!!!
