10 Roma Tomatoes-chopped up and drain in a colander.

1 Red Onion-Chopped up

2 whole cloves minced garlic (We used the garlic paste in a tube)

1/3 cup chopped basil

1 tsp olive oil

1 tblsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp white sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all of these ingredients together and chill. Optional: When serving you may top with fresh grated parmesan cheese!

Need bread for your bruschetta?

If you need an easy bread for your Bruschetta just slice some Italian bread thin or use the pre- sliced.  Fry both sides in a skillet with butter- The bread will be crispy but not hard.  Enjoy!!!
