• 1 (30 oz.) bag frozen shredded hash browns (Can also use the Cubed)
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup (We have also made it with Cream of Chicken Soup)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth ( If you go with Cream of Chicken Soup can use Chicken Broth)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper  
  • Combine chicken broth and hash browns in a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to medium and stir in soup, cheddar cheese and onion powder. Add salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and cream cheese and cook until its blended.


We made two batches at the Hut today. One batch with cheese and a batch without the cheese. The best thing was it only takes about 30-40 minutes and it’s ready to eat!!
