Pepper, Onion, Bacon Quiche!


1 Deep Dish 9 inch Pie Crust (Homemade or Store-bought)

1 Red Pepper

2 Green Onion Chopped

1 Cup 5 cheese shredded cheese

3 Slices of Crispy Bacon( We use Turkey Bacon)

5 eggs

1/3 Cup Milk

1/3 Cup Mayo

Take a fork to put holes in the bottom of the pie crust and bake it at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly brown.

Reduce temp to 375 degrees. Spread pepper and Onion in the bottom of the crust. Put bacon and cheese on top of the peppers and onion.

Mix together the milk, eggs and Mayo and pour over top of the cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.

We made it for breakfast and its very very good!



                                 Onion Quiche

1 Deep Dish 9 inch Pie Crust (Homemade or Store-bought)

1 Large Onion

1 TBLSP Butter

3 eggs

1/3 Cup Heavy Cream

1/3 Cup Swiss Cheese

Saute Onion and butter til soft. In bowl blend eggs, cream, shredded cheese.

Put sauteed onion in the pie shell and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
