On Sunday we pre-cooked all of our meals for the week and divided up breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. It’s actually been pretty cool doing this. We think we should do this for an entire month so that we can determine if it has made a difference in how we feel. Just having all food pre-bagged and ready to heat up or a snack available has really been great this week! (The picture above shows a day of food for 2 people)We have recorded our weights at the beginning and will report back on any changes (hopefully positive changes)at the end of week 4.
