Paula Dean uses a buttermilk and hotsauce  marinade for her fried chicken so we decided to use it tonight but try it with grilled chicken! We marinaded boneless chicken tenderloins with a mixture of 1/4 cup of buttermilk and 1/4 cup of hot sauce. We let the chicken marinade while we worked all day here at the hut and then put it on the grill for dinner this eve.  

Thanks Paula for the idea. The chicken was tender and it was such a nice light dinner after a long day! Since Meranda is from the South she is always “Cooking like Paula”. She said she is going to make a southern gal out of me yet!! lol
