Not sure if we have posted this recipe before or not but its the time of year for appetizers. Whether it’s a holiday get together or the game-day muchies, this is an easy tasty dip that won’t have you stuck in the kitchen cooking all day! If you like Reubens you will love this dip!

Reuben Dip

One 16 oz. Jar Sauerkraut drained

One  8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese

2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese

2 Cups Corned Beef

¼ Cup Thousand Island Dressing

Combine all ingredients. Cover Crock pot and cook on high for 45 minutes. Turn down on low to keep warm while eating. Serve with rye cocktail bread, pita chips or your favorite crackers.
